PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Professional photography equipment and videography rigs are NOT permitted inside;

including but not limited to tripods, large non-clear camera bags, video cameras.

Exceptions Include:

 

Members of the media with a media badge or ID (required.) Media outlets/groups wishing to record or broadcast from within the Spring Fling grounds need to contact the Spring Fling Marketing Director to receive the proper paperwork and credentials.

*Small cameras (point-shoot, disposable, and other low-level DSLR personal cameras) ARE permitted*

 

Attendees consents to the audiotaping, photographing, filming, videotaping, or other multi-media formatted or sketched representation, of his/her name, likeness, voice, image or appearance while attending or participating in the Event, and forever waives any rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, ownership, or any residual or other type of payment or royalty in such tapes, videos, photographs and recordings as they may be distributed in any media forever throughout the universe.

 

No hobby or personal drone use allowed. Commercial  use must follow university policy found at  link (https://risk.arizona.edu/drones-campus)

 

 

Spring Fling will ask those in violation to leave the premises immediately.

No refunds on parking, admission, or tickets will be given due to expulsion from property.
