TIME COMMITMENT:

Fall: 5 hours a week

Spring: 10 hours plus - a week

Hours includes team meetings, additional training and load in and load out. Please plan accordingly with Director and Spring Fling Advisor.

 

SPRING FLING BACKGROUND:

Spring Fling's primary mission is to provide a mechanism for the University of Arizona clubs and organizations to raise funds, and as a result serves as an integral entity to the inner workings of the University of Arizona campus. Spring Fling is compiled of eight student directors who manage the different areas of the event: Executive, Business, Club Relations, Corporate, Field Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Programming. Each of these positions are supported by assistant(s) who contribute to their role.

 

Spring Fling Expectations and Responsibilities:

As a Spring Fling assistant, regardless of which position, there are various requirements throughout the year. All assistants will be expected to fulfill the following:

●     Attend biweekly meetings throughout the Fall semester

●      Attend weekly meetings throughout the Spring semester

●     Attend the entire carnival from April 3rd- April 5th, 2020

●      Be present at meetings leading up to the event to have knowledge in order to assist the director

●      Be available for their respective director

●     Be positive, creative, and engaged
