Executive Director
Hire the entire Spring Fling team including directors, assistants, business staff, and street team. Train the entire team develop a yearlong plan. Create, allocate, and manage a large budget. Serve as a leader and liaison for the entire Spring Fling team. Work with university departments, community relations, campus departments. Facilitate numerous meetings and presentations throughout the year
Hold effective team meetings as well as one-on-one meetings with Spring Fling directors.
ELIJAH DOMINGUEZ
Field Operations Director
Manage a large budget for all items needed. Serve as the point of contact for all vendors - Send out requests for bids to prospective vendors. Work with campus departments like Facilities Management, Disability Resources Center, UAPD, and more. Manage all aspects of load in and load out. Be quick thinking and creative for any situations that may arise. Respond effectively and efficiently to change & conflict
ANNA BAI
Programming Director
Manage an entire Street Team including hiring, interviews, and engagement. Find and schedule entertainment for the entire weekend. Generate ideas for Kids Korner. Create and develop manuals for Guest Relations. Manage all of Street Team and their respective duties. Oversee Guest Relations and handle any situations that might arise.
ZAKARY KING
Marketing Director
Develop a marketing plan for all aspects of social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and more
Work with media outlet vendors such as television, radio, billboards, etc. Manage a large budget for said outlets
Develop promotional aspects such as giveaways and outreach. Develop a Spring Fling commercial and radio ads
Ensure Spring Fling is seen as a professional, fun, and inclusive event.
JOSEPH ROSS
Business Director
Manage a system to track the carnival’s finances including club payouts, attendance, accounting records, pre-sale, activities, promotions, and more. Hire and manage an entire business staff including interviews, selections process, and engagement. Create and oversee all cashier trainings, credit card trainings, meetings, and more. Work with university departments such as the Financial Services Office, Accounting, and more.
JOANNA SCHEIDT
Corporate Director
Outreach to local businesses and potential sponsors & maintain active communication with sponsors. Bring in-kind donations for team meals during Spring Fling. Set a schedule for sponsor load in and load out. Ensure all contracts and insurance documents are properly submitted.
KARA NARBERES
Club Relations Director
Serve as a liaison between all clubs and Spring Fling. Facilitate the entire club application process including creating the application, hosting information sessions, grading, selections, and follow-ups. Responsible for holding club trainings and ensuring all documents and contracts are properly filled out and submitted. Ensure all clubs adhere to proper health code and safety requirements.
